Tammie Jackson

Tammie is the Lead Recruiter for The Systems Group. She has been employed with Systems Contracting Corporation in Human Resources and Recruiting since 1994. Tammie has worked with Agape House Children’s Home for the past 1 ½ years as a volunteer, relief parent and fundraising committee member. 

Tammie is a native and current resident of El Dorado. She has one son, Kody.

Craig Mobley

Craig is the Executive Vice President of First Financial Bank. He has recently been selected to serve on the board of the Independent Community Bankers Association Ag-Rural America Subcommitee. Craig currently serves on the Board of the Arkansas Bankers Association and is past Chairman of Group 4 for the Arkansas Bankers Association. 

A member of First Baptist Church, Craig serves as the Finance Comittee Chairman. He also serves as Treasurer of South Arkansas Symphony Board 

A native of Warren, Craig and his wife JP moved to El Dorado in 2013. They have two children, Millee (11) and Max (7).

Anne Hegi

Anne Hegi

Anne is a native of New Orleans, but has lived most of her life in El Dorado. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in journalism. She has primarily worked as a stay at home mother and wife, but has also worked as a pr/marketing consultant for MCSA, the El Dorado School District, and most recently for the Union County Community Foundation. She currently serves on the board of Interfaith Help Services and has previously served on the Campfire and South Arkansas Historical Preservation Society Boards. She volunteers at the Agape House and for the Haiti Education Foundation.

She and her husband, Chris, have two grown children and are members of First Baptist Church where they serve in the youth department.

Kimberly Thomas
Kimberly Thomas

Kimberly Thomas is the Director of Counseling at El Dorado High School. She has been employed by El Dorado School District for 13 years. She has held multiple positions from classroom teacher, to counselor, dean of students, assistant principal, and elementary principal. Kimberly graduated from Grambling State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, from Southern Arkansas University with a Master’s Degree in School Counseling, and a program of study in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.

Kimberly is a life-long resident of Union county. She is married to Reginal Thomas, Sr. they have 3 children, Marian Thomas, a sophomore at Louisiana Tech University, Mariah Thomas a senior at El Dorado high school, and R.J. She is also a member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist church. Kimberly enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and volunteering with youth related activities.

Allison Brackin
Allison Brackin

Allison Brackin is the Sr. Staff Accountant for The Systems Group in El Dorado, AR. She has been employed with Systems since 2012 where she has held multiple positions. She has served on the Agape House’s Fundraising Committee as well as a relief house parent.

Allison Graduated from John Brown University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management. She obtained her Certified Management Accountant Certification in 2015 and is a Member of the Institute of Management Accountants as well as Construction Financial Management Association. Allison is a native of Mississippi but has lived in Arkansas for over 16 years. She recently moved back to El Dorado to take on her new role with The Systems Group and has one son, Jaxson.

Honorable Spencer G. Singleton
Honorable Spencer G. Singleton

The Honorable Spencer G. Singleton is the Second Division Circuit Judge on Arkansas’ Thirteenth Judicial District. He was appointed to this position by Governor Asa Hutchinson and began his service on January 1, 2017. Judge Singleton previously served as a career law clerk to the Honorable Bobby E. Shepherd, United States Circuit Judge for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals; as a pro se law clerk for the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas; and as a staff attorney for the Eighth Circuit.

Judge Singleton graduated with University Honors from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science where he was named Political Science student of the year. He received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law where he was a William H. Bowen Scholar, a member of the Law Review, a justice on the Honor Council, and a faculty-elected Honor graduate. He and his wife Hannah have two young sons. They are active members of the El Dorado Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Judge Singleton is president of the El Dorado Ward Young Men’s auxiliary and previously served as Bishop of the El Dorado Ward. Hannah is the adult Sunday School teacher.

Dr. Donnell L. Hegler
Dr. Donnell L. Hegler

Dr. Donnell L. Hegler is the 5th child of nine siblings born to the late John and Bernice Hegler of Locust Bayou, Arkansas. He is a graduate of Hampton High School, class of 1974. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Speech and Drama with a minor in Theater from the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff in 1978. He holds a master of Education degree in Agency Counseling from South Arkansas University in Magnolia and a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Andersonville, Georgia.

Thirty-five years ago, he accepted the Pastorate of Douglas Chapel Missionary Baptist Church; where he faithfully nurtures, diligently instructs and unselfishly serves. For more than twenty-five years, he was an educator in the El Dorado School Districts and subsequently retired in 2003.

Dr. Hegler serves on the advisory board of the Arkansas Coalition for Juvenile Justice, Chair of Disproportion Minority Confinement, Federal Coalition for Juvenile Justice Board Member, Past Evangelistic Director for Baptist Youth Fellowship, Instructor of State Congress of Christian Ed. and former Dean of Friendship District Congress of Christian Ed.

Dr. Hegler and his wife of thirty-four years, Sheila Kay Collins Hegler are proud parents of four children; Tina, Jerome, Sabrina and Marcus and twelve-grandchildren.
